Air Gases Supply and Maintenance

The United States is seeking information on vendors capable of supplying, refilling, and maintaining various compressed gases. The requirement includes gases such as Aviator's Breathing Oxygen, Helium Oxygen Mix, Nitrogen, Argon, Acetylene, Geotech Mixed Calibration Gas, TVA Mixed Calibration Gas, Hydrogen, and Nitrox mixes. Vendors must be able to refill gases to specified military and commercial standards, provide certification paperwork, and ensure a one-week turnaround time for refills. Additionally, vendors must handle the pickup of empty containers and return of filled containers within one week, with a "one for one" cylinder swap being acceptable. Maintenance and testing of compressed gas cylinders are also required, along with the capacity to maintain 16 cylinders of specific types at a Portsmouth facility for swap purposes. The disposal of condemned compressed gas cylinders in accordance with applicable regulations is also part of the requirement.
