Dunklin School District Office Renovation

Dunklin R-V School District is soliciting bids for a General Contract for Construction to renovate an existing building into their new Central Office. The project scope includes sitework such as site stairs, entry ramps, and ADA parking; installation of aluminum storefront doors and replacement windows; interior finishes including gypsum board partitions, paint, resinous flooring, and carpet; and the installation of an ADA lift. The project also involves upgrades to existing mechanical and plumbing systems, as well as the replacement of existing electrical and low voltage systems. The estimated construction cost for the base bid is $800,000.
