South Carson Street Neighborhood Improvement Maintenance Contract

Carson City is soliciting bids for a contract to provide comprehensive maintenance services for the South Carson Street Neighborhood Improvement District. The services include, but are not limited to, pruning, watering, irrigation system maintenance, weeding, trash cleanup, and snow removal along South Carson Street between West Appion Way and East 5th Street. The initial contract term is for twenty-four months, commencing on July 1, 2026, or upon contract execution, and concluding on June 30, 2028. The contract includes three one-year extension options, which may be exercised at the contractor's written request no later than 90 days before the contract's expiration. Contractors are strongly encouraged to perform site visits to familiarize themselves with the work requirements prior to submitting their bids. Detailed maintenance standards are provided in Exhibit A, and landscape maintenance boundaries are outlined in Exhibit B.
