New Mexico Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon Event Services

The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for event venue services to support their Post Deployment Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event. The services required include providing a venue with general session and breakout rooms, audio-visual equipment, lodging, parking, refreshments, and childcare. The event is scheduled for June 11-12, 2026, and the venue should accommodate up to 350 attendees. The driving distance for the venue has been extended to 65 miles from the New Mexico National Guard Readiness Center in Las Cruces, NM. The venue should accommodate specific requirements for general session capacity, breakout rooms (including youth rooms), and a provider display area. Lodging for 88 rooms (double occupancy) is required for participants traveling 150 miles or more, with check-in on June 11 and check-out on June 12, 2026. Childcare services for up to 30 youth (ages 6-18) and up to 20 youth (ages 0-6) are also required, with specific staffing and safety certifications mandated. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, including the venue and facilities plan, lodging and logistics plan, dining services and menu plan, childcare services plan, and management approach, as well as pricing. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit quotes via email by May 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM MST.
