Propane Gas Delivery and Emergency Mobile Fueling Services

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bliss, Texas, is seeking qualified firms to supply and deliver propane to multiple locations across Fort Bliss, Texas, and White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The government anticipates establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with three to five vendors. This requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, with multiple awards possible. The contractor will be responsible for refilling government-owned propane tanks to maintain an 80% fill level. Deliveries are primarily seasonal, occurring from September through March. The BPA will have a five-year performance period, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed Price.
