Keene Recycling Center Roof Replacement

The City of Keene is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Keene Recycling Center Roof Replacement project. This project involves re-roofing an approximately 11,200 square foot metal roof. The scope of work includes the installation of insulation, including polyisocyanurate boards (1/2-inch, 1-inch, and 3-inch) and wood nailers, as well as new metal roofing. The installation will consist of a 60 mil TPO, EPDM, or SikaPlan PVC roofing membrane, with heat-welded seams where applicable. The project also requires the installation of edge metal and perimeter flashing, and re-flashing of all curbs, vents, and penetrations to ensure a watertight seal. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the reroofing. A minimum 20-year manufacturer's material warranty and at least a 5-year labor warranty are required. The contractor must also coordinate all work to ensure minimal disruption to facility operations and provide adequate protection of surrounding areas. All debris generated from the project shall be promptly removed and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
