This solicitation is for the installation of a hydronic boiler to provide uninterrupted service to the Governor's Mansion, located in the Cultural Center on the West Virginia State Capitol Complex in Charleston, West Virginia. The new boiler will accommodate heating requirements during the Cultural Center's renovation project. The scope of work includes providing and installing the boiler, associated plumbing, DDC controls, expansion tank, and a pump. The system will be integrated with the existing Trane Ensemble control system. The project details the boiler's operational requirements, including modulating discharge temperatures based on outdoor air temperature, and requires a factory-certified startup with a commissioning report and flue gas analysis. The new boiler system must also include features for expansion, automatic make-up water filling, and a chemical shot feeder.
