Description
The MassHire Merrimack Valley Workforce Board (MMVWB) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for comprehensive services for WIOA-eligible youth, ages 16-24, who are in-school or out-of-school. Eligible applicants include a range of public and private agencies, school systems, non-profits, businesses, and educational institutions with a demonstrated history of successfully serving youth, particularly low-income youth. This RFP is available for download from the MMVWB website. A bidder's conference will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted via email by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, with answers posted on the MMVWB website by Monday, May 4, 2026.
