The original manufacturer's warranty is nearing its end, necessitating support at the highest manufacturer level for troubleshooting and restoration after local efforts. The requirement includes a one-year Sustainment Support Service Agreement (Warranty) with four additional option years. This agreement covers three HP DL360 Gen11 8SFF Servers (NIPR) and three HP DL380 Gen10 8SFF Servers (SIPR). Contractor responsibilities include unlimited 7x24x365 technical telephone support, remote diagnostics, and on-site maintenance if required.
