Fulton County, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide standby professional services for Environmental Engineering and Testing (EET). These services will support the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management for various county projects on an as-needed, task-order assignment basis. The scope of work includes a wide range of services such as asbestos, lead-based paint, and contaminated soils surveys and testing; Phase I & II environmental assessments; preparation of specifications and construction documents for abatement services; water testing and surveys; geotechnical sampling, testing, and reporting; and construction materials testing and reporting. Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services and Code Required Special Construction Materials Inspection Services (SCMI) are also included. Firms will be selected based on a combination of technical qualifications, project plan, relevant experience, personnel availability, local preference, service-disabled veterans preference, and cost. The contract will be awarded for a base term with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must be submitted electronically through BidNetDirect by July 15, 2026.
