Description
The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) is seeking licensed veterinarians to be added to the Qualified Contractor List for the Mass Animal Fund Spay/Neuter Voucher Program. The Mass Animal Fund is used to offset costs associated with the vaccination, spaying, and neutering of homeless dogs and cats, as well as those owned by low-income residents. Contractors will provide services such as initial exams, vaccinations, anesthesia, pain management, spay/neuter surgery, IV fluids, blood tests, medications, and supplies for cats and dogs. Contractors will be reimbursed for services performed and shall invoice the Department monthly.
