Crothers Engineering Hall Concrete Yard and Driveway Access Upgrades

South Dakota State University is soliciting bids for the Crothers Engineering Hall Concrete Yard and Driveway Access Upgrades project, located in Brookings, South Dakota. The project involves upgrades to the concrete yard and driveway access. Bids will be accepted electronically until June 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site on May 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT at the project location on the south side of Crothers Engineering Hall. Bidders must attend this mandatory meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.bannerassociates.com and www.questcdn.com (reference Quest number 10207214). Bids in excess of $100,000.00 must include a certified check or cashier's check for 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond from a surety authorized to do business in South Dakota. South Dakota State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
