Round Rock Independent School District is accepting bid responses for a catalog contract for retail general merchandise. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. This contract replaces contract 21-025 (expires 6/30/24). All vendors are required to respond to this new RFP; failure to do so will impact your opportunity to continue business with the district. Although hard copies are accepted, bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their responses electronically, as electronic bidding is more efficient and minimizes errors. If a hard copy response is necessary, the bid invitation document must be downloaded, completed, signed, and included in your bid response. All responses must be received by the Purchasing Department staff prior to the close date and time as noted in the bid information. Email and fax responses will not be accepted.
