City of Medford Downtown Parking Lot Maintenance

The City of Medford Parks, Recreation, & Facilities Department is soliciting bids for maintenance services on several downtown parking lots. The scope of work includes asphalt crack sealing, application of emulsion sealcoat, and line striping with ADA compliance markings. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and submitting a work schedule for approval prior to project commencement. Additionally, the contractor must manage the closure of parking lots, including the placement of signage to inform the public of closure dates. Weekend work is preferred to minimize public disruption, and contractors are encouraged to provide alternate costs for weekend services.
