Supply and Delivery of Medical Testing Kits

This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of medical testing kits to the Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines. The anticipated performance period includes a base year with four one-year option periods. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer. Electronic responses are permitted and should be submitted via email to ManilaPurchasing@state.gov in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, with a file size not exceeding 10 MB per email. If files exceed 10 MB, they should be sent in separate emails.
