Electric Charging Stations, Material Handling Equipment, and Project Management Consulting Services

Cooperative Educational Services (CES) is soliciting proposals for three distinct categories through their online eProcurement system. The first category, RFP# 2026U-05, is for Electric Charging Stations, Batteries & Related items. The second category, RFP# 2026U-06, covers Material Handling Equipment, Parts, Accessories, Supplies, Rentals, Leasing and Related services. The third category, RFP# 2026U-07, is for IT and Business Project Management, Program Management, Process Development, and Related Professional Consulting Services. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the CES eProcurement system (https://eprocurement.ces.org) by Friday, June 05, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time (MDT). A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting, both in-person and virtual, will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM (MST). Login information for the Microsoft TEAMS meeting can be found in the CES eProcurement system. CES reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
