This is a Design-Bid-Build solicitation for the relocation of four deep wells (estimated 850 feet deep and 26-28 inches in diameter) to be located above ground at Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii. The existing underground wells and pumps will remain operational until the new wells can manage peak demand. Each new well, pump, and motor will be sized to deliver a minimum of 2,000 gallons per minute, with motors located above ground and protected by a roof structure. The estimated period of performance for the base contract is 1,734 calendar days.
