Municipality of Anchorage Emulsified Asphalt Supply

The Municipality of Anchorage, Street Maintenance Department, is soliciting bids for the furnishing of emulsified asphalt on an as-needed basis. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) details the requirements for the supply of this material. Bids must be submitted electronically via BidExpress.com or in a sealed envelope to the Purchasing Office by June 9, 2026. Questions regarding this ITB must be submitted in writing via email to wwpur@muni.org no later than June 1, 2026.
