Real Estate Brokerage Services for Cascade Station Parcels D, E, and G

Prosper Portland, the economic development and redevelopment agency for the City of Portland, Oregon, is requesting proposals from qualified real estate brokers to represent the agency in the sale of three leased real properties located at NE Cascades Parkway, Portland, OR 97220. These properties, known as Cascade Station Parcels D, E, and G, total approximately 22.97 acres and are targeted for future retail development. The selected broker will provide comprehensive marketing and brokerage services, including developing marketing strategies, soliciting interest from potential buyers, showing the properties, recommending terms, screening prospects, participating in outreach events, and assisting in negotiations. The broker will act as Prosper Portland's representative throughout the transaction process, which may involve a leasehold sale agreement and ground lease assignment. All proposals must be submitted electronically by June 4, 2026.
