UND Armory ROTC New Exterior Entry System Installation

The University of North Dakota (UND) is seeking a contractor to furnish and install replacement ROTC exterior doors at the UND Armory. All work shall be contractor-installed in accordance with the attached bidding documents and specifications. Products proposed as substitutes to those specified in the bidding documents must be submitted for prior approval using the required substitution request form. Substitution requests must be submitted to the Procurement Officer, Jason Gallagher (jason.gallagher@und.edu), no later than the question deadline of May 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM CT. Vendors will be notified of substitution approval determinations no later than the close of business on May 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM CT.
