NAF Linen Cleaning Service for Eifel Arms Inn

This requirement is for non-personal laundry and dry cleaning services to support the daily operations of the 52nd Force Support Squadron's Eifel Arms Inn at Spangdahlem Air Base. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, and transportation to perform these services. Services must meet the "Gutezeichen RAL-GZ 992/1 German Industrial Standard for Haushalts- und Objektwaesche" and "Gutezeichen RAL-GZ 992/3 Wasche aus Lebensmittelbetrieben." A turn-around time of twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) working day is required for all items, with pick-up and delivery scheduled Monday through Friday. The contract includes provisions for non-reimbursable repairs to serviced items, quality control, and security requirements for personnel entering the base. The contract will be structured with a base year and four (4) option years.
