Replacement Vehicle Skirts

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking replacement left front hinged skirts for specific vehicle models, identified as parts 51 and 52. Registration on the Bonfire platform is required to access detailed bid information, including the BidTable, project details, and vendor response fields. All purchase orders will be subject to DART's Terms and Conditions, which are available for download. Bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included. Deliveries are time-sensitive, and failure to meet specified delivery times may result in rejection and termination for default. DART's standard payment terms are Net 30, with invoices requiring specific details such as purchase order number, item number, description, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Invoices should be submitted to APInvoices@dart.org. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to terminate the order for default if the Seller fails to perform within the specified time periods. Such terminations may be deemed for convenience if the Seller's failure is without their control, fault, or negligence.
