Lead Pipe Inventory Services for Lead Service Line Project

The City of Blue Springs, Missouri is requesting qualifications for a contractor to manage the Lead Service Line (LSL) inventory for their LSL Project. The scope of work includes holding pre-construction meetings, reviewing contractor submittals, tracking contractor progress and schedule, ensuring work meets EPA and State requirements, and compiling and reviewing inventory data. This involves coordinating with city staff, contractors, and stakeholders. This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.
