Description

The Red Clay Consolidated School District (RCCSD) is seeking qualified organizations to provide comprehensive school-based wraparound support services. These services aim to enhance the connection between schools, families, and community resources to improve student attendance, academic engagement, and overall wellbeing. RCCSD is looking for partners who can deliver high-quality, data-driven, and culturally responsive services that support the whole child and family. The selected vendor(s) will provide trained staff to deliver services across four key areas: alignment of school and community resources, family and community engagement, school-wide student support, and targeted student and family support. Expected outcomes include increased student attendance, improved academic participation, greater family engagement, enhanced connection to community resources, and improved behavioral and social-emotional indicators. Vendors must propose specific metrics and targets for monitoring progress. Staffing requirements include qualified personnel with relevant experience in education, social work, or counseling, and who demonstrate knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. Vendors must also meet all required background checks and clearances. Reporting will be required monthly, mid-year, and annually, detailing services provided, progress towards outcomes, and data analysis. Proposals must include an organizational overview, relevant experience, program design, staffing plan, performance measurement plan, references, and a detailed cost proposal.
