A 24-hour front desk and one secure parking spot per suite are also required. Pet-friendly accommodations are preferred. The hotel premises must be located within 1.5 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy and offer reasonable access to public transportation and grocery stores. Reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours, with check-in instructions and site contact information provided. Maintenance requests must be addressed within 24 hours, and cancellations or modifications to stays are permitted with advance notice. The contract period is one year with four one-year options. The place of performance is within 1.5 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy at 490 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON, K1N 1G8. The estimated contract maximum amount is CAD $6,500,000 (equivalent of USD $4,800,000). The government reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
