The accommodations must include one, two, or three-bedroom suites with fully furnished kitchens, separate living and sleeping areas, climate control, in-suite or on-site laundry facilities, a work desk, high-speed internet, television, adequate storage, and weekly housekeeping with fresh linens and towels. A 24-hour front desk and one secure parking spot per suite are also required. Pet-friendly accommodations are preferred. The hotel premises must be located within 1.5 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy and offer reasonable access to public transportation and grocery stores. Reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours, with check-in instructions and site contact information provided. Maintenance requests must be addressed within 24 hours, and cancellations or modifications to stays are permitted with advance notice. The contract period is one year with four one-year options.
