Septic and Holding Tank Pump-Out and Cleaning Services

The Department of Water Resources (DWR) is seeking a contractor to provide septic and holding tank pump-out and cleaning services on an as-needed basis. This includes annual servicing and maintenance of pumps, filters, and floats. The services will be performed at the DWR Sutter Maintenance Yard. The anticipated term of the agreement is three years. Bidders must be able to provide service calls for repair services in the event the system is not functioning properly. Bidders who "No Bid" the maintenance portion of the ratesheet will have their bid rejected.
