IT Hardware and Software for U.S. Embassy Bogota

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota is soliciting quotations for the acquisition of IT hardware and software. The required items include: * Workstations: Brand new, black or gray desktop PCs with specific processor, storage, memory, graphics card, and operating system requirements. They must include out-of-band management, TPM, ECC memory, and be Energy Star certified. A 3-year warranty is required. * Microsoft Office Licenses: Latest version of Microsoft Office Home & Business, Spanish, 64-bit, for one-time purchase, to be installed on the workstations. * 86" Interactive Screen: With Android 8 or higher, 4K resolution, 20 touch points, built-in speakers, and comprehensive connectivity. It includes an OPS PC with Windows 11 Pro, a wireless keyboard with touchpad, webcam, wall mount, rolling stand, and perpetual software licenses for videoconferencing, interactive whiteboard, screen sharing, administration, and collaboration. A 3-year warranty is required. * Professional Creative Software License: A 3-year license for Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent, providing access to graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications. The license countdown begins upon effective access grant, not award. * Shipping: Charges from vendor to the delivery location (INL Warehouse in Bogota or Freight Forwarder GOLDBELT SECURITY in Miami). Delivery is required within 40 days after receipt of order. All items must be new, in original packaging, and include a minimum one-year warranty effective in Colombia. The U.S. Government will not reimburse for Value Added Tax (VAT) or IVA.
