EMS Medical Supplies

PlanetBids is seeking bids for EMS medical supplies on an as-needed basis. Specification sheets stating compliance or deviation must be completed and submitted with the vendor response as a requirement. Responses received without the required documentation or completed City Form as requested may render your submittal as non-responsive. The city reserves the right to conduct pre-award discussions and/or pre-contract negotiations with any or all responsive vendors who submit solicitation responses. Vendors are responsible for downloading and reviewing the city's standard terms and conditions, which must be signed and uploaded at the time of submitting your solicitation response.
