Description

The City of Independence, Missouri is soliciting bids for the drilling and construction of two new potable production wells, designated as Well No. 17-A and Well No. 18-A, at the Courtney Bend Water Plant. The scope of work includes drilling test wells, collecting and analyzing geological and water samples, completing the final design of the production wells, and constructing the wells with appurtenant work. This includes installation of casing, gravel pack, and sanitary seals, as well as well development and testing. The project also involves the installation of submersible pumps, motors, discharge piping networks, and electrical systems for the wells.
