HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Agreement

Ivy Tech Community College is soliciting proposals for HVAC preventative maintenance and routine repair services for the HVAC systems located in their Ball and Cowan Road buildings on the Muncie campus. The awarded contractor will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the College. The services include scheduled preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment, including central heating and cooling units, temperature control systems, fans, pumps, valves, dampers, sensors, and other components. The contractor will also be responsible for minor repairs and troubleshooting of HVAC-related issues as they arise, with College approval. Major equipment repairs or replacements may be bid separately at the College's discretion. The contract is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027.
