Description

The City of Tucson is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Managed Print Services (MPS) solution to manage its enterprise printing environment. This includes device fleet management, secure print management software, maintenance and supplies, secure scanning, and reporting/analytics. The City currently operates approximately 324 multi-function devices and 193 network printers across 107 locations, supporting over 5,000 users. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining cost efficiencies while implementing modern capabilities such as secure printing, Microsoft 365 integration, fleet optimization, and enhanced reporting. The scope of work includes device fleet management, secure print release, follow-me printing, badge-based authentication, scanning capabilities with integration into Microsoft 365, and comprehensive reporting on usage and costs. The vendor will also be responsible for toner and consumable management, as well as recycling and sustainability initiatives.
