Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services for JTRAN Transit Facilities

The City of Jackson, Department of Planning and Development, Office of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified providers for landscaping and grounds maintenance services. These services are required for the Administration Building (located at 1785 Highway 80W), the old JTRAN disposal site (located at 1025 University Blvd.), and JTRAN's Transfer/Hub Station at Union Station (located at 300 W Capitol St). The City reserves the right to add or delete areas as required through change orders. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and qualifications of the proposer (40%), qualifications of assigned personnel (10%), references (5%), and price (45%). The contract will have an initial four-year term with three one-year renewal options.
