Department of Natural Resources Building Basement Build-Out

The State of Utah, Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting bids for a Stage II construction project to renovate the unfinished shell space in the lower level of an existing building. The project involves creating new office spaces for the Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR), including administrative offices, departmental offices, support spaces, restrooms, conference rooms, and storage areas. This is an invitation to bid specifically for contractors who have already been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list. The estimated construction cost for this project is $954,871.00.
