Demolition and Site Restoration Services

This solicitation is for demolition and site restoration services for three properties: 4207 Glenway Avenue, 3627 Glenway Avenue, and 2017 Hewitt Avenue. The scope of work includes the complete removal of buildings and foundations to a minimum of two feet below final grade, removal of yard walks and steps, backfilling with clean earth or rubble fill, grading the lot, repairing sidewalks, protecting property line fencing, removing trash and brush, and spreading seed and straw. Disposal receipts for demolition debris must be provided upon request. A pre-demolition site meeting is required to review the scope of demolition and site restoration, protection specifications, and verify utility disconnection. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including safety requirements and equal employment opportunity provisions.
