Supply and Delivery of Medical Machines and Equipment

This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of medical machines and equipment. The U.S. Embassy in Manila plans to issue the solicitation on or about early May 2026, with offers due by June 8, 2026. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered, and the government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submitting an offer. Electronic submissions are acceptable and should be emailed to ManilaPurchasing@state.gov in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, with individual file sizes not exceeding 10MB. Proposals must include a completed SF18, technical specifications, completed FAR/DOSAR clauses, past performance and capability information, brochure/specifications/photos of offered items, a delivery statement confirming delivery within 45 business days of Purchase Order receipt, and available warranty details. The Embassy requires offers to be in English and will not accept incomplete offers or quotes submitted after the deadline.
