Group Solar PV Installation Services

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government is seeking proposals for group solar photovoltaic (PV) installation services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the requirements for contractors to provide these services for residential homeowners, tax-exempt organizations, and small businesses within the Lexington-Fayette County Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The program will pre-screen locations for suitability and selected installers will reach out to discuss next steps. The RFP requires pricing for 5 kW, 10kW, and 20kW turnkey installations, excluding commercial properties. Grant funding is available for eighteen (18) qualifying low-to moderate-income homeowners waitlisted from the 2024 program.
