Dry Goods Supply for DOC Training Academy

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections is seeking a supplier to provide dry goods to the DOC Training Academy. The period of performance for this contract is July, August, and September 2026, with deliveries expected between 07/01/2026 and 09/30/2026. Vendors must deliver requested products within 48 hours. All product will be inspected before acceptance, and the DOC reserves the right to reject any product not meeting specifications. The Training Academy maintains the right to adjust estimated quantities. The awarded supplier will be required to attend a kickoff meeting within 3 business days of award. Invoices are to be submitted monthly via email to RA-OB69180@pa.gov or mailed to P.O. Box 69180, Harrisburg, PA 17106.
