Landfill Services for St. Louis District Counties

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is soliciting bids for landfill services for the St. Louis District, covering St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin, Jefferson, and St. Louis City counties. This is a multi-award bid for services to be provided on an as-needed/if-needed basis. The contract period is from the date of award through June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The solicitation includes various types of waste, including compactible, non-compactible, mixed waste, small loads, soil, rock, shingles, concrete, brush, yard waste, and municipal solid waste. All costs, including tipping fees, state and local waste fees, and environmental fees, are to be included in the bid price.
