School Physician Services for Croton-Harmon Union Free School District

The Croton-Harmon Union Free School District is seeking proposals from qualified professionals or organizations to provide School Physician Services for the 2026-2027 school year. Proposal documents will be available starting May 21, 2026, via the district's website. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Proposal for School Physician Services 2025-26 R04" and include the proposer's name and address. Proposals must be received by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the District Office, 10 Gerstein Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. Proposals will be opened at that time and are irrevocable for a minimum of sixty days. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any immaterial irregularities.
