Fleet Management and Transportation Solutions - Goods & Services

Texas Education Service Center Region 6, through its EPIC6 program, is soliciting proposals for Fleet Management and Transportation Solutions - Goods & Services. This IDIQ solicitation is intended for the use of Region 6 ESC, EPIC6, and its member entities. The scope includes a wide range of fleet management and transportation-related items such as fleet maintenance management software, GPS tracking/telematics integration, onboard Wi-Fi, fueling solutions, security systems, surveillance/stop arm cameras, and other related equipment and services for buses and other transportation vehicles. The agreement will be for five (5) years with an annual option for renewal. Proposals will be evaluated based on multiple factors including purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods/services, total long-term cost, how well the goods/services meet the needs, past relationship, and impact on Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). EPIC6 reserves the right to award to multiple vendors and to reject any or all proposals. The fee for awarded contractors is 1.5% of actual vendor project sales.
