Hanel Rotomat Storage System Maintenance and Repair

This is a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes only. The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance, inspections, and certifications for 4 Hanel Rotomat Systems. If preventative maintenance fails, the contractor will also be responsible for service and repair of any systems requiring attention. Services will be performed Monday through Friday, from 0730 to 1500, excluding Federal Holidays and base down days. Contractor personnel will require appropriate base access cards, and potentially Common Access Cards (CAC) if Air Force computer or network access is needed. All contractor personnel must adhere to DFARS 211.106 for identification and identification on correspondence. Security requirements include valid identification for base access, compliance with REAL ID Act, and potential for random searches. Possession of weapons, firearms, or ammunition is prohibited on base. Contractor personnel must report any security threats and comply with all base traffic regulations, including cell phone usage restrictions while driving.
