Cherry Creek School District is soliciting proposals for preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for refrigeration and cooking equipment across its various facilities. This includes services for hot equipment such as convection ovens, steamers, ranges, and dishwashers, as well as cold equipment like walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines. The scope of work also encompasses biennial kitchen exhaust cleaning services to ensure compliance with NFPA 96 standards. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with four one-year renewal options. Services are to be performed according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards, with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours for routine service and 4 business hours for emergency "unit down" calls. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining equipment to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and sanitation, minimizing disruption to daily kitchen operations. All technicians must be properly trained and certified, and comply with district visitor protocols and all applicable health, safety, and regulatory standards.
