Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center Main Level Restroom Renovation

The project also requires coordination with existing building systems, including HVAC and fire alarm systems, with modifications and new installations as specified in the bid documents. Bidders are required to submit proposals through the UND's Jaggaer portal. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required, payable to the University of North Dakota. Contractors must also hold a valid North Dakota Contractor's license.
