Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center Main Level Restroom Renovation

This project involves the renovation of the main level restrooms located in the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center at the University of North Dakota. The renovation will encompass the men's, women's, and a family restroom, with work including updated flooring, wall finishes, lighting, and the installation of new fixtures such as water closets, lavatories, urinals, and accessories. The project also requires coordination with existing building systems, including HVAC and fire alarm systems, with modifications and new installations as specified in the bid documents. Bidders are required to submit proposals through the UND's Jaggaer portal. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required, payable to the University of North Dakota. Contractors must also hold a valid North Dakota Contractor's license.
