The Department of Industrial Relations, through the Department of General Services, is seeking to lease approximately 4,474 net usable square feet of office space and fifteen (15) parking spaces in the City of West Covina, California. The property must be asbestos hazard-free, comply with seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, and applicable building codes. Proximity to public transportation is required, and preference will be given to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance where cost-effective. The property should be located within the boundaries of Interstate 210 to the north, Interstate 10 to the south, Grand Avenue to the east, and Highway 39 to the west. Compliance with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements is also mandated.
