Planting Bamboo Tubes in Siuslaw National Forest

The USDA Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this presolicitation notice for services related to planting bamboo tubes in Corvallis, Oregon. This notice is intended to comply with FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures, which may involve posting RFQs on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) using Standard Form (SF) 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, or SF 18, Request for Quotations, or similar agency forms. For acquisitions exceeding the SAT, the presolicitation notice and RFQ will be combined.
