Playground Design, Supply, and Installation

The City of Windsor is soliciting proposals for the design, supply, and installation of thirty-five (35) new accessible playgrounds across various parks. This is an electronic bid submission only, due by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 11:30:59 a.m. EDT, through the City's Bidding System at www.biddingo.com/windsor. Submissions via mail, fax, email, or other electronic means not through the specified system will not be accepted. Only prequalified proponents are eligible to submit proposals. Proposal documents can be downloaded from Biddingo upon payment of a non-refundable fee.
