Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Renovations

This solicitation is for the Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center 2026 Facility Renovations project. The scope of work includes interior and exterior renovations as detailed in the bidding documents. The project is intended to benefit the Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and the public, and will be awarded to a general contractor based on a complete bid. Bidders are required to submit bids by May 19th, 2026, via email, mail, or hand delivery to Turtle Creek Management. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day. A bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount is required, along with a financial statement, experience statement, proposed plan, and available equipment. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. All out-of-state corporations must have a certificate of authority to do business in Indiana, and the successful contractor must enroll in and verify employee work eligibility through the E-Verify program.
