Substitute Staffing Services

The Lakewood Board of Education is seeking competitive bids for substitute staffing services. All necessary bid specifications and forms can be obtained by written request to Mr. Kevin Campbell, School Business Administrator/Board Secretary. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary by the bid opening date and time. The envelope should include the title 'SUBSTITUTE STAFFING SERVICES', Bid Number 03-2627, and the bidder's name and address. Bids are due by Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The bid opening will take place at the Lakewood Board of Education, 200 Ramsey Ave, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000. A Statement of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Contractor Questionnaire/Certification are also required. Failure to submit all required documents may result in bid rejection. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
