Seymour Johnson Air Force Base is conducting market research to identify interested and capable parties for Amusement Concessionaire Services at the Phantom Lanes Bowling Center. The requirement includes the installation and maintenance of eight video game machines and one claw game. The contract is planned for a base period of one year, from September 18, 2026, to September 17, 2027, with options to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing, installing, and maintaining the amusement machines, ensuring they are in good working order and meet age and replacement requirements. Services include regular cleaning, prompt repair of non-functional machines within 24-48 hours, and quarterly rotation of machines. Payments to the Nonappropriated Funds Instrumentality (NAFI) will be calculated based on a percentage of gross receipts, due within 30 days of each month's end, accompanied by a detailed statement of gross receipts. The vendor must maintain specific insurance coverages, including Worker's Compensation, Automobile Liability, Comprehensive General Liability, and Products Liability. Additionally, the concessionaire is responsible for obtaining all necessary base access passes, decals, and background checks for personnel and vehicles, and must comply with all installation security protocols.
