Network IT Infrastructure Equipment, Maintenance, and Professional Services

The Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive IT infrastructure solution. This includes the ability to purchase hardware, software, and related subscriptions, as well as professional engineering services. The scope encompasses core IT infrastructure domains such as networking, data center compute and storage, security, cloud services, and collaboration technologies. While Cisco remains a critical component, the City seeks partners with broad expertise across multiple platforms and vendors. The resulting Master Purchase Order (MPO) and Contract will facilitate the consistent and efficient procurement of new software, hardware, maintenance, and implementation services. It will also cover technical support, hardware repair, and replacement, along with third-party products for infrastructure management. The City requires a dedicated account team, including the option for an on-site engineer, to assist with project planning, strategic planning, and problem resolution. Maintenance services for both existing and newly purchased hardware and software are required, with a preference for phone support and options for on-site support. Proposers are encouraged to submit options for Cisco Smartnet, third-party support, and in-house maintenance.
